I went to Arklow with my mother last Thursday. I went there to get my hair cut.

The barber (who will remain unnamed) was training, and was only new. They sprayed what I could only assume was about a litre of water in my hair, and put a lot of effort into brushing and cutting individual sections of my hair. Towards the end, they spent a lot of time using an electric razor on the sides and back of my hair. The end result was a disaster. It was strangely cut at the back, and my fringe was RUINED. I do feel bad for that barber, since they did put in a lot of effort for my hair.

Afterwards, I tried out a new pizza place in Bridgewater called “Opera”. The inside was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered 1 ham and cheese pizza, and a soft drink. It only took 10 minutes for my pizza to be cooked and ready to be collected. I ate it on the way back home. It tasted good. Overall, a 7/10.
