Domino’s gluten-free pizza

Last Thursday, I went to Domino’s in Charlesland, Greystones to have a gluten-free takeaway pizza. Domino’s are one of the only pizza chains in Ireland that have a gluten-free offering as far as I’m aware

After opening the box, which is labeled with a “GF” label on the front, I saw that the pizza wasn’t cut. You have to specify whether you’d like it cut or not, and this time, we didn’t.

The pizza is served on paper, unlike regular orders. The base is well cooked though a little dry on the inside, however the sauce and toppings help with this. It was a little awkward to eat, since I had to pull it apart with my hands.

Overall, since it’s really the only option for me, I would rate it a 7/10. I’m surprised Domino’s even offers a gluten-free option, let alone one that’s actually pretty decent.

Good job, Domino’s.
